Accessibility
statement.
We want everyone to be able to use this website. This statement explains how we have approached accessibility and how to contact us if something does not work for you.

01. Our commitment
Clicknaro aims for this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies, keyboards instead of a mouse, screen magnification or reduced-motion settings.
The website has been designed and built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as the target, where reasonably achievable. This is a goal we work towards, not a formal certification.
02. What we have done
- Semantic structure. Pages use HTML5 landmarks, a logical heading order and lists where content is a list.
- Skip link. A "Skip to content" link appears as the first focusable element on every page.
- Keyboard access. Navigation, the services menu, the mobile menu, the capability map, FAQs, forms and the cookie panel can all be used with a keyboard.
- Visible focus. Interactive elements show a clear focus outline.
- Contrast. Text colours were chosen to meet AA contrast ratios. Small red text uses a brighter red on dark backgrounds and a deeper red on light backgrounds; the darkest red is reserved for large or decorative elements.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations, the scrolling text strip, parallax and other movement are switched off.
- Images. Meaningful images have descriptive alternative text; decorative images and graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms. Every form field has a visible label, required fields are identified, and validation messages are announced and linked to their fields.
- Touch targets. Buttons and links are sized for comfortable use on touch screens.
- Resizable text. Content reflows for narrow screens and zoom without requiring horizontal scrolling.
03. Known limitations
- Some decorative display typography uses outlined lettering. Where this carries meaning, the same words are available as regular text for assistive technologies.
- The capability map reveals descriptions on hover or focus on larger screens; on smaller screens all descriptions are shown at once.
- Third-party content we may link to is outside our control and may not meet the same standards.
We continue to review the website and fix issues as we find them.
04. Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, please contact us at connect@clicknaro.pro. Please tell us the page address and describe the problem, and we will do our best to help and to fix the issue.
05. Technical details
The website relies on HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript. Core content remains readable if JavaScript is unavailable, and every page can be reached through the links in the site footer. It is designed to work with recent versions of common browsers on desktop and mobile devices.
