01. Website use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of clicknaro.pro (the "website"), operated by Clicknaro, 8 York St, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2Y2, Canada. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02. Informational purpose

The content on this website — including service descriptions, campaign frameworks and articles — is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

Campaign frameworks on this website are illustrative. They describe how certain advertising challenges could be approached and are not descriptions of client work or real campaign results.

Nothing on the website is an offer to provide services. Any engagement with Clicknaro is subject to a separate written agreement.

03. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaks applicable law.

04. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's content — including text, the Clicknaro name and logo, graphics, layouts and code — belongs to Clicknaro or is used with permission. 05. Third-party resources

The website may link to or reference third-party websites, platforms or resources. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. References to advertising platforms describe channels we may work with; they do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

07. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind about the website, including its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control, and nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of any result.

09. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
